Your audiences will gasp when they see this seemingly-impossible feat performed. An
ordinary sharp-pointed knife is freely shown. An assistant stands directly in front of a
target, holding an inflated balloon in front of her. The magician states that it is possible
for him to throw the knife and penetrate the young lady without harming her.
The audience now sees the magician throw the knife ... break the balloon ... and the knife is seen to impale itself firmly in the target. The knife is removed and passed for examination. No special costume is necessary for the assistant. Either a male or a female assistant may be used.
